![]() Task Area 7: Systems Deployment and Life-cycle Engineering Task Area 4: Software Systems Design and Development The vehicle is designed to offer new and innovative solutions for emerging and current DISA IT needs. Together, the IGS JV is a HUBZone Small Business on the DISA Systems Engineering, Technology, and Innovation (SETI) SB Restricted Pool. and LightGrid, LLC are the two members of the Innovative Government Solutions (IGS) JV. October 2017 – October 2027 Trace Systems Point of Contact General Services Administration (GSA) Eligible UsersĭoD Services, Agencies, Combatant Commands, and Mission Partners Period of Performance Direct Customer Operations: the ability to create a satellite-based communications infrastructure to support specific customer operations. Steady State Operations: the capability to provide complete, customized engineering solutions to support requirements which are generally long duration, sustaining base communications services and infrastructure to support enduring user requirements. Emergency Responder Operations: the ability to establish or reconstitute a communications infrastructure in response to a natural or human-caused event that disrupts or destroys the normal, pre-existing communications infrastructure. Fleet and Asset Tracking and Reporting Services: the ability for deployed equipment (e.g., sensors) to send real-time location and status information also the ability to send messages or other data to fleet equipment or other assets. Broadcast Satellite Services: the collection of voice, video, or data singularly or together into one central site and subsequent distribution of that information to multiple fixed or mobile locations. Continuity of Operations: the pre-planned establishment and deployment of a backup or alternative communications infrastructure in anticipation that the normal, primary communications infrastructure is disabled due to natural or man-made hazard. The CS3 vehicle provides solutions in support of multiple types of requirements, including, but not limited to, the following: Interactive Services: the ability to connect multiple locations into a real-time two-way interactive network. During the period of performance of the GTACS II contract, it is expected that the organization and needs of PEO C3T, its PMs, PdMs and PDs will evolve and re-organize in response to the changing needs of the Warfighter and anticipated threats. This contract vehicle may be used by other agencies and organizations in support of their missions. C3T systems include all programs, projects and products managed within PEO C3T, its Project Managers (PMs), Product Managers (PdMs) and Product Directors (PDs). ![]() Overarching requirements for Contractor-provided hardware, software, services and data in support of the PEO C3T Mission which is to develop or procure hardware and software that can be integrated, tested, fielded and supported as networked battle command solutions that enhance Warfighter effectiveness. To manage the broad scope of ABMS, technical categories have been defined to organize concepts, technologies, etc. ![]() The objective of the Chief Architect Integration Office is to adopt the best practices of open architectures and government owned waveforms to enable rapid proliferation of new and existing software and hardware. Air Force needs to develop, acquire and operate systems as a unified force across all domains (air, land, sea, space, cyber, and electromagnetic spectrum (EMS)). In order to effectively engage peer and near-peer adversaries, the U.S. ABMS will realize the vision of Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) to enhance and expand capabilities by enabling any sensor to inform any shooter in any domain land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace. ABMS is not envisioned as a single program of record, but rather an open architecture family of systems that enables capabilities via multiple integrated platforms. The CAIO will support future operations by providing the critical surveillance, tactical edge communications, processing, networking, and battle management command and control capabilities to the joint warfighting force. ![]()
